Day 1:- Depart from Arusha/Moshi to Lushoto.
After breakfast to your hotel in Arusha or Moshi we depart to Lushoto where we’ll arrive during the afternoon and have lunch. Later we’ll have a walk or drive to Irente view Point and irente Farmers. Watching the sunsets from irente view point, later we go back for dinner and overnight at Lushoto town.
Day 2:- Lushoto town to Magamba Forest.
After breakfast we start our day by walking to the Magamba forest reserve, you will visit an old stanch dug by the German during World War 1. You will continue to Magamba village for lunch. After lunch you keep walking/taking a transport to Lukozi village. Dinner and overnight at Papaa Moze Lodge.
Day 3:- From Papaa Moze to Langwi.
After breakfast we start hiking passing through the villagers and farmland where carrots, cabbages, potatoes and other vegetables are cultivated. You will be enjoying spotting Chameleon and view point as you will be passing through hills. You will have your lunch at the village that known as Makosi. After lunch you have a short walk to your accommodation. Dinner and overnight at Langwi Sisters Guest house.
Day 4:- From Langwi Sisters Lodge to Mtae Village.
We take breakfast from Langwi sisters and start our day by passing through villagers and see the Market. We will have an opportunity to learn on how pottery women make their pot in a local way. Then keep walking through the mountains to Mtae Village. On the evening we will enjoy the sunset at Mambo view point, enjoying the view of Kilimanjaro and the Tsavo west can be viewed. Accommodation will be at Magumba Cottages or Mambo View Cliff Lodge.
Day 5:- From Mtae Village to Lushoto town.
Wake up in the morning for breakfast, after breakfast check out from the hotel to Lushoto. If using public transport will need to wake up around 5:00 am as the bus leave 6:00 am. For private vehicle will arrive in Lushoto during the afternoon and have lunch. After lunch it’s time to visit kisasa Waterfall. Later in the evening come back to the hotel for dinner overnight. The following day you can proceed with your time table.
